After a short time of thinking..
Cole: Well me and Kodelo got smth to do.. I say You guys go to Vengard and find us a boat And we'll meet you there In seven days.. Anyone has any problems with that..
-
Kodelo: It is okay for me.
Ethan: And for me.
((The next post should be made by Dragon...))
-
Edward : very well, we'll meet you in Vengard in seven days. we'll gather supplies aswell. Farewell.
Jenny *smiles* : Bye!
*they turn around and walk outside*
-
Cole: So us now.. You need to get to Cape Dun right.. and then Geldern.. I say we part our ways.. I'll go to Geldern right away.. You stop by in cape dun.. Then go to Lares.. And when you got your money. Come to trelis.. I have atleast 10.000 waiting for you..
-
I open my eyes and try to get up... i can't. I'm tyied on a chair, hands behind my back.
Orc: He's awake, i'll go get the boss.
Grompel: There's no need, leave us alone for a while.
Orc: Trompok gave me specific orders to call him when the prisoner wakes up.
Grompel: I said leave us alone for a while.
The Orc leaves, apparently angry.
Nefekto: Sorry i can't say i'm happy to see you...
Grompel: I understand... what i don't understand is why you left your cozy place in the Nordmar.
Nefekto: It didn't feel cozy anymore. I thought you were killed during the liberation of Silden.
Grompel: I escaped, as did other orcs and not only from Silden.
Nefekto: Then why are you still here, you should run while you can.
Trompok: We orcs never run!
Nefekto *laugh* : You know while i was in Nordmar i hunted some orcs, came upon a patrol of 4 of them. Took 2 of them out till they realized where i was, and the 3d one when he turned around. That's when i found out that orcs know how to run really good. You see the fourth one starting running away, unfortunatelly for him, he slipped and fell of the cliff.
Trompok: Silence!

Kodelo: Ok. So be on our ways!

Montera, People fill the streets, discussing & haggling among other things. Two persons in brown robes enter a shop.
Merchant : so, you need anything?
Edward : hmm, a couple of torches, some meat and a couple of bottles with water.
Merchant : umm, ok... *Gets it* That'd be a hundred gold coins.
*Jenny hands the merchant some gold and they leave with the goods.*
Jenny : Which path do we take? *Places stuff in two sacks*
Edward : Let's travel past Gotha and Faring.
Jenny : Very well.
*They grab each their sack and leave Montera*
-
Nefekto: You know you're lucky to be alive...
Trompok *angry* : I told you to keep your mouth shut!
Nefekto: And you're basically a coward. I mean hey you ran away while the other orcs got slaughtered.
Trompok *raging* : AARRRGH!
Trompok takes out his weapon and wants to strike me, but Grompel stops him.
Grompel: Enough *glances at me* you too...
Trompok: Don't interrupt me shaman, i decide what happens to the morra.
Grompel: Do NOT forget how you survied the liberation in the first place!
Trompok turns around and start walking away, after a few paces he turns around.
Trompok: The morra dies at sun set, and you *points at Grompel* will kill him, or my warriors will kill you both!

The Woods north of Geldern. The night has fallen, swelling a cloud of haze around the old shafts. The salty chill, thrusts in currents from mine to mine. The sky is clear and stars burn on the sky like fire shoots on fresh dead carrion. From time to time, one might here the roar of a shadowbeast, coming form the thick woodland up north. As usual, the guards of the city stay on duty, annoyed by bits of charcoal falling on them from the torches, hung on the portcullis. Not far from here, on a hill, a small camp was made, where once the notorious bandit Ivan based his camp. A campfire pulses at the centre.
A man trudges slowly up the hillside to the camp.
Tarrakot: *tiredly, seeping from a bottle of wine* Any luck there?
Stone: *crushing to the ground near the fire* No. Those bastards only care about deals and making their coffers fat. Has Frith-boy been "found"? *grins*
Frithjof: *at first with a slight indignation, that transforms into a lamenting laugh* Do you think I'd run away so easily? I just visited Runak and told him our plans.
Tarrakot: And what did that old sob say?
Frithjof: Mind your tongue, a druid is next to the wisest being one can ever encounter. You should know better than that.
Tarrakot: *rude* Says who? Ain't you a fire clan' firsty yourself?
Frithjof: *arduous* My allegiance is to Innos and what is right.
Stone: Guys, chill out. Frith, what did you find?
Frithjof: *still looks at Tarrakot for a while* A lot...

((hmm, I haven’t played FG so forgive me if something i say about Vengard doesn’t fit... I'm just guessing at stuff.....))
After a quick talk and some "investing" behind an old house, Edward and Jenny make their way to the docks. They board a ship and approach a man.
Man : what's yer business 'ere?
Edward : we wish to acquire a ship, and we heard you wanted to rid this fine vessel?
*The man gives the two a sceptical look* Man : Ye plan on sailin' a ship yerself?
Edward : no, we have.. *hesitates* a crew...
Man : well, it ain't my business. I'd be wantin' a two-thousand coins for it.
Jenny : Very well. *hands over a bag* Should be enough.
Man : great, there's prob'ly some leftover supplies 'ere somewhere. Farewell *laughs as he walks away*
Edward : *Sigh* I hope this thing will hold across the sea.
Jenny : I'm sure it will be fine. *smiles*
Edward : how many coins do we have left?
*Silence*
Jenny : we still owe him about three hundred coins.
Edward : great... hopefully he's to intoxicated to notice. Anyway, let's have a look around.
-
((That is alright! Nor have I played FG))
Kodelo leaves for Cape Dun and Cole for Geldern.
Kodelo passes through the woods and finaly reaches Cape Dun.
It is nearly night. Late evening. He is very tired but he is in such a big hurry.
-
Two times hundred of rope in length
Three barrels of salmon
a box of rotted apples
Two boxes of old clothes
Edward : hmm.. *adds the crate of swampweed to the list*
Jenny : how are we doing?
Edward : the ship will need a new hull if we make it across the sea and plan to use it more. Any sign of the others?
Jenny : no, but not even a day have passed.
Edward : i know, i know dear sister. I'm just anxious to leave, the mainland has caused me too much of a fuss. But there is no time to linger on the past, we should get some sleep.
Jenny : finally *rolls eyes*
-
It's nearly dawn when I get on the outskirts of Geldern.. I enter the town unnoticed..
Luckily I know that people are in their deepest sleep before morning comes and raises us all..
I move like a shadow from one house to another.. Taking anything that's light and of value but as light as possible.. Mostly jewelry.. An hour passes and first people tart to wake up.. I exit the city and head towards Trelis..
-
Grompel: Now see what you've done?!
Nefekto: It doesn't matter...
Grompel: What do you mean it doesn't matter, your life's in balance here... foolish human...
Nefekto: Do you think i wouldn't hear a orc sneaking behind me?
Grompel *puzzled* : If you heard him why didn't you...
An orcs screams outside the cave, a scream of death. I can hear many arrows flying from the trees, hitting the orcs in their heads, neck, chest...
Trompok rushes inside, an arrow in his shoulder.
Trompok *raging* : I'll kill you before i die!
He raises his axe and just as he's about to strike an arrow hits him in the back of his head. Trampok falls down dead.
-
*Jenny opens her eyes, sees only a wooden wall and remembers the past events. She puts on her robe and leave her cabin, upstairs are no-one. She goes to find food.*
-
Kodelo opens the map again.
He reaches a cave out of Cape Dun.
He looks at the map. He pushes the 3rd green stone and then he enters another hall of the cave...
He finds a golden chest there...
Kodelo: *to himself* If I could only carry the chest with me! HAHAHAHA! I was so rich then that I made them from gold! Good Old times...
He is picklocking the chest looking in his map.
Kodelo *to himself*: North Plus East... right... Montera + Ishtar... left...
Looking at the map which has numbers on it he manages to open the chest...
30.000 gold coins are inside and some very expensive jewelery... An old book...
Kodelo *to himself*: This book... I hope I will find a fire mage for that... Mmm, a bit more than what I expected... These are about 43.000 gold coins...
Kodelo leaves the cave and heads toward Geldern... The road is hard. The night has fallen. No fire, No camp, No friends only some Booze... He has to reach Geldern before Noon...

Frithjof: A lot....
Stone: Yes?
Frithjof: The recent events, during and just after the liberation of Myrtana have certainly rezonated on the world. It seems as if the power of the gods is fading. Something has hurt them badly, but I don't believe that they have been forsaken all together.
Tarrakot: And that's why you went to the druid?
Frithjof: Yes, indeed. The rangers and their spiritual leaders will be gathering in the western woods. Very deep inside the forest. There, they shall discuss about all things heavenly and wordly, but Runak promised to bring up our case to bear. Obviously, at the peak of the Serpent's Ridge, there was more than we know, and this package that Anog gave us is a very good clue to that.
Stone: Do you think Tratos knew about it.... and led... his campanions on a false trail? I mean, there were orcs in the mountain and all, but....
Frithjof: According to what you told me about him, he seems to have changed beyond repair after his training with Isgaroth. I wonder if we could travel back to Khorinis...

*Jenny returns to the ship and goes down below where she finds Edward, he's busy with a parchment of somekind*
Jenny : what are you doing?
Edward : I'm drawing out the way to the island on this map, i've also made a crude map of Tyrgar.
Jenny : good... May i ask you... What was it like? to be dead?
Edward : what do you mean?
Jenny : did you.. go soemwhere?
Edward : I was dead, and thats it. Did you expect something to happen?
Jenny : no.. well maybe, i'm really not sure.
Edward : Death is permanent, thats why i'm trying to fix all this.
Jenny : What do you mean? if death is permanent how can you be here?
Edward : because you changed that.
Jenny : but then it's not permanent!
Edward : just wait and see, dear sister. Just wait and see...
