I am level 24 Dragon Slayer
Im using the Claw of Baliar and basic dragon slayer armor that i got from Bennet.
I kill Orcs and Lizzards and Ice Golems with no problems but when it comes
to the Ice Dragon, im stuck, even if i manage to avoid his kick back attack
and hit him, he just fly away and while he do so, he regenerate the damage i done to him...

So... Help please?
My Stats are:
Level 24 Mercenery\Dragon Slayer (or is it 25? not sure)
with 106 STR and 56% 1h skill
Im using the Claw of Baliar and basic Dragon Slayer armor.
I am also running fast out of healing potions, got like... 5 left but i have some
scrolls that full heal me if needed, im only using potions when im near death
in the middle of a battle, yet im not sure 5 bottles will be enough for the dragon

Some scrolls are very useful against dragons:
Merchants for summon demon (one demon can kill a dragon without help; one scroll can also be found in Xardas tower in the valley of mines)
Merchants for ice wave
Merchants for fire rain
And from Zuris you can buy a scroll "shrink monster".

You can find some in the tomb near Onar's Farm.
Also, a Fire Rain Scroll will kill most dragons in one hit.

It looks like a small black stone thingy.
There's only 6 of them scattered about the world. (precisely one for each dragon)
And it slows everything around you down a bit, making the fights a *lot* easier.

Also, get your 1h skill up to 100%...

If you don't have black ore, a speed potion will also help a bit as you run faster and can more easily get close to a dragon.

Another tip. The ice dragons is the thoughest of the four dragons in the valley of mines. Take out the others first. Swamp dragon is very easy as you just ask Rod and another guy for aid, they will lead you to it, kill all enemies that cross their paths, and I think still be able to take out the dragon without your help.
Killing the others makes you stronger when facing the ice dragon.

I killed the Ice Dragon, or at least the demon i summoned did, i done few hits though
Anyways hes dead, i am now looking for the swamp dragon, im down near
the swamp area but still cant find him, i saw how orcs made raid on a colony
near the swamp, not sure what was there becouse there were too many orcs
in there so i just went around.

Anyways, new questions...
Where\How do i get dragon scales?
I need 20 or 40 for the medium dragon hunter armor but when i killed the
dragon there were no scales, when i kill the little dragons, there are no scales as well...
So?

For the medium dragonhunter armor you need 20 dragon scales.
You can get 12 scales from every dragon, when you learned to take them. This you can learn from the dragonhunter Godar (for 1000 gold) and Gestath.

Just eat it (sounds strange, but at least you see the eating animation, when you use the black ore).
The effect lasts about 30 seconds.

Summoning a demon would be the easiest way to kill a dragon.
Like Thorwyn said, one demon is enough for one dragon.
The merchants, who sells this scrolls are linked by Thorwyn in his first post.

As a mage you haven't got good spells in the 4th chapter to kill the dragons.
The stronger ones (like summoning a Demon, fire rain, wave of death) are first in the 5th chapter avaible.

You could just use spell scrolls though. I had about 3 or 4 fire rain scrolls at that point.

you can kill a dragon with bow or crossbow without any problems you need a bow\crossbow with 80+ dmg and you have to learn the skill up to 30%+ then after you talk to the dragon get the ranged weapon bow\crossbow and take some range and shoot the dragon it won't take long till he die...

The only place you can find it is Xardas' old tower.

Though you can find two more in Irdorath.

But you can buy one (and only one!) from Engor, but that's militia only iirc.

thats the problem. he hasnt got that spell scroll ! i will doublecheck maybe i am blind! I killd swamp dragon and i just dont know how i am going to kill the others (it will be mission imposible!)

by the way its going to be wery hard kill all those deamons guarding the scroll. Wait a minute! Can spell "destroy undead" kill deamon? man! I need help! I am sooooooo confused and in other hand totally powerless.

Killing the demons in the tower is not to hard. They can't pass through the doors. So you can stand on the other side of the door and use your runes.
