Runes (Gothic 2)
I have a few questions:
-Where to find new runes?
-I'm a magician, is there some site where I can see the best builds of it?
-How to get in other circles like the second or the third one etc.?
-Could a magician get other armor, beside the robes , which you get when you reached the Test Of Fire?
Thanks

You make them; you learn making them from different mages in the monastery and must make them yourself in the globe-thingy. The same you used to make the Fire Arrow rune.
-How to get in other circles like the second or the third one etc.?
A mage will "raise" you when you spend the required amount of LP and have progressed far enough to go up. First it's the dude on the front yard of the monastery, Parlan (?), and for the highest circles, Pyrokar (iirc)
-Could a magician get other armor, beside the robes , which you get when you reached the Test Of Fire?
You'll eventually be able to get better robes, but not the armors of the other guilds. Except by cheats, but I'm a honest man I am, so I wouldn't know anything 'bout that.

You can find some but you will make most of them. For example you will find a Fear rune in VoM or a Create Goblin Skeleton Rune in chapter 3 and a Heal light wounds(in G2 classic). However for the other you have to learn the formula and create them yourself.
Check http://www.worldofgothic.com/gothic2/?go=g2magie and http://mondgesaenge.de/G2DB/EN/ for list of all runes. I recommend you learn fireball, create skeleton, ice block, summon golem, demon, and rain of fire but there are a lot of other cool spells.
You get in other circles only after you get further with the story. For example you can learn the second circle in chapter 2 and the third in chapter 3, the fourth after you recharged the eye of innos etc...
You will get the high robe of fire in chapter 3 after you recharge the eye. Apart from that you could also have wolf make you a minecrawler armour, if you want to spend some lp in learning the skill to remove plates. Other than that nothing else. You should concentrate on killing the enemy at a distance. If they get to close you're very likely a dead man.

Yes, you always need a runestone, a scroll of the spell and some other ingredients. (and of course you must have learned to build the rune)
Edit: Hey, where's the question? o_O

Where can I find more runestones, or can I cheat so I can find a blanco one?
-
Runestones you get:
during the test of fire
from Lutero when you bring him the special snapper claws
from Fernando when you tell him about the situation in the VoM
from Talbin when you brought him out of the VoM
from Kervo when you kill the lurkers near his cave
in Xardas' old tower in the VoM
when you ask Milten for equipment in the VoM
from Parlan when you become a firemage
from Fisk after you brought him his packet (only Addon)
from some merchants
in the secret basement of the monastery
at this cross in the addonworld

kinda OT.....but.... In a NotR review they said you can join the water mages and get water mage armor (at least in the pictures). How do you join them ??
-
^Nope. You can (must) join the Circle Of Water, who are a group working for the Water Mages, and you get their armor. You cannot join the Water Mages.
-
Circles 1-3: Parlan
Circles 4 and 5: Karras
Circle 6: Pyrokar
Circles 1-6: Vatras (6th chapter)
Circle 2: Milten
Circles 2-5: Saturas (only Addon)
So everything correct, at least partly
