I killed Igaraz withought making Babo's quest about the picture in Igaraz's chest. Please give me the insert code for it!

I killed the black troll as guildless and then got the quest from Raoul and now I don't have a black troll hide. Please give me the insert code for this one also!

I, somehow, passed the deadline to bring the Blood Chalices to Cassia and she sais it to me 'You shoulnd't have comed back!' and after two blows of her sword I'm dead. I didn't had the chance to even draw my weapon. Can I somehow 'calm' her?

AFAIK : No! You will have to kill her with magic or something.(scrolls)

I tested it with an other NPC, i made Pyrokar mad at me by attacking him and then to calm him down, i cheated like this, test that:

Then deactivate god and marvin:
