i got the blank rune to transport to the secret room in the monestary.but what ingredients do i need to create the rune?and do i have to give the tears of innos to milten?thanks

If you are a paladin you will use the tears of innos for another consecration of the sword.
I think the ingredients needed for the rune are written in the book from Xardas.

The ingredients are a flask of holy water and a blank rune.

But you have to know the recipe for it wich you can find in the dungeon under the monastery.

is that recepie in the same room as the rune was?i tried the rune table and it lit up but said i did'nt have enough resources.when i tried to use the tears of innos it just started me on fire.i have a bottle of uthar's holy water from the shrine purification quest.

The recipe is in the dungeon under the monastery. What more can i say? In the room where were some demons.

And when you go to the rune table you should have :
The secret of the library.
That's the rune that teleports you to the room where you have the paladin's armor.

I don't think that's good. you should try a normal flask of holy water.
You can buy one from the Gorax i think.

You burst into flames IF you drink the Tears. As rockfest said, the book which teaches you is the almanac in xardas's secret library. Make sure you have the right ingredients:

i think you meant to say : - a normal flask of holy water;

the tears of innos are used for something else when you're a paladin
