I don't thinks so. Seems the same guy to me. His voice is a little more rugged, as he has been drinking for years, yet I am positive it is the same guy.

The trailer is simply epic ... I can hardy wait the game to be out and be able to explore that dark gritty setting.

Thanks SlamDunk for all the info. It seems that Risen is definitely going to be the best game of the last few years and that it's gonna kick Skyrim really painfully in the ass. Judging after all the info, it will definitely be a worthy successor of Risen 1. And my hopes are high that it will even be an improvement, as the atmosphere seems even more cool and dark and the hero looks much rougher with the eye-patch and the pirates clothes. And we'll finally get to see the famous Gregourius Steelbeard.

As for the voice, I don't think it's Anthony Hopkins, because if they really hired him, they would surely reveal that it's his voice, as that would be a great advertising method.

Now a release date should be settled, so that we can keep our calm until the game is out.

The trailer is quite good but the information on the website is written crudely at best.

Very nice! Faces are still pretty much lifeless and the nameless hero has a different voice, but other than that it looks to be a must have title.

The ingame trailer and cinematics is a step forward for Piranha Bytes...

But the graphics....seriously are these graphics considered to be good or improved?
If it will be released somewhere in 2012...it will look really outdated...
