serious sam was made by a team from croatia so i don't think that they would need jowood to release it....

I'm pretty certain they can get other publishers.
Also, Duke Nukem Forever is to be published by 2K Games.
Serious Sam is also 2K Games...
SO that leaves Painkiller without a publisher.
