Doesn´t look like Gothic, dunno, where is this pic from?

It's from the site of Minh Duong if i'm not mistaken. I saw his signature in the pic.
For those who don't know who he is : he helped(or still helps, i don't know) with the development of Gothic 3.
But i'm preety sure that the creature won't be a part of Gothic
