Probably not.They do,however,care about sales which were mediocre at best.And now,since it's almost universally accepted that Arcania is a steaming pile of waste,they won't see any huge increase in sales anytime soon.

Arcania is like heaven compared to it, no way its the worst rgp game, they probably just tested the gothic series games and voted for it being the worst gothic game :P

anyway, i don't like arcania very much, but i can't judge it to be the worst game ever since i haven't played all rpg's, it seems as if those who did that vote haven't played all rpg's either, arcania has some nice graphics, which gives a nice plus over games from like the 70-90's which u need a nice fantasy to play :P

But apparently, as I implied with my joking and, admittedly, sarcastic response, you didn't read the title and opening post of this thread - Arcania was voted the worst RPG of 2010, which makes comparisons to RPG's from the 70's, 80's, 90's, even from 2009, irrelevant. What one thinks of Arcania is, again, irrelevant to this little tidbit.

And besides, calling a game the worst game ever - as Lucien did - is a subjective evaluation necessarily based on one's foundation (eg. the games one has played), and as such is not a "right" or "wrong" thing to say.

well, i know the title and i know it was voted to be the worst rpg ever, by that the whole topic should be solved and none should comment at all since all is said, that's what you mean?

to me and most people, a comment would be a comment relevant to the topic, in this case whether arcania is bad(or however you tend to see things, but still keeps within the frame)

however i gave my piece of comment that was meant to be like "hey, this game isn't all that crappy as people say" - i was trying to be positive so that people don't bury them self in hatred against arcania, which this thread seems to boost.
