Skyrim.
Here you go.
Best thing was the Morrowind theme.
-
Hmm.
Bethesda.
With their recent trend for making games it's a decline already.

I, for one, will be looking forward to it.
ES5, ME3, Uncharted 3 and Batman all look promising.
-
I dream of Bethesda giving the TESV development to Obisdian.
that would be pretty cool, aleast then we would get some worthwhile dialogues and good writing.

Obsidian games to be horribly buggy though. Imo the whole dialogue system should be revamped - from those still-camera close-ups to the lines and their delivery.
-
They should hire SureAI to help them with the development.
Their game Nehrim, is way better than Oblivion.
-
i was not impressed by the elder scrolls trailer
but i was impressed with Mass Effect 3's trailer

One would hope Bethesda would learn from the mistakes they did with Oblivion. IMO Fallout 3 was a massive improvement on Oblivion, and that using the same engine... so perhaps there is some hope. On the other hand, perhaps it'll be the same tired dung Oblivion was.

yeah but still the hero walked diagnoly like skating on ice or something i have always hated that, mainly because i cant figure out why they cant or wont fix it

I just hope they'll actually make Skyrim inhabited by Nords instead of gay pseudo-Japanese shit.*
*Yes, I dislike Japanese culture, how EVER did you guess?
-
I bet there will be a lot of Akaviri.

Yeah Uncharted 3 looks really good and the screenshots look amazing.

Ew gods no. :[
I just can't help but be averse to this kind of stuff.

I belong in the category with the people that look forward to it, for me Oblivion contained only improvements of the repeatable and tiresome Morrowind. So I think that Skyrim (predictable title btw.) will be a great game.

Skyrim (predictable title btw.)
And a bad one too. Imagine if Oblivion was called Cyrodiil. What the fuck is Cyrodiil?
Daggerfall and Morrowind did have a nice title despite following that trend but that's because those names don't sound all that faggy.
But it's Bethesda, saying they're onto a new TES. Technically they could stop the marketing right now because they're already pretty much done reaching potential costumers.

Well the fact that all of us here know what Skyrim is should be enough to back up Bathesta's decision to name the title as they did.

^Didn't have a clue before you guys started talking about the title. I guess it's some continent.

Yep, not only Nords, but Norse armors and weapons with some personality, not like that horrible fur armor in Oblivion..
Plus I expect to see some beautiful Norse architecture and everything. ^_^
I hope Skyrim it's not like Cyrondil, kind of like U.S.A, that was, if you know what I mean...
Like, one should expect to see Imperials, and Imperial culture, everywhere, and instead, you could see cities with traces of other races, kind of like lack of imagination in my opinion..Not to be a racist, but in Cyrondil I wanted to see only Imperial stuff, ok, other races, but not other races taking over everything else, including cities. I remember seeing Nords and even Dark Elves in the head of some towns..
Better graphics will be a plus in my book, specially when we're talking about Nords. ^_^

Yes, it's the most unwelcoming continent in the TES world, kinda like Normar in Gothic3, a snowy region that's hardly inhabitant and barbarians living in it.

Obsidian is by far my favorite gaming developing company out there, even Square Enix isn't as high in my book as Obsidian, their games are all masterpieces but then it wouldn't be a TES... you know the TES feeling thing

It is of course a possibility but if they were to invade Tamriel again it makes more sense for them to invade Morrowind. Not just because they are to the east of Tamriel but there is the revenge factor.
As for the game itself I'm some what half and half. A part of me loves the idea of a new TES game because of past games like Morrowind, Daggerfall, etc. But a part of me thinks it will be more like Oblivion, and for that I could care less. Sadly Oblivion sold well and got a lot of good reviews, as such I think Skyrim will be more like OB than MW. I don't think the guys at Beth have any incentive to make Skyrim any better than OB.
And the characters I would look forward to seeing most in Skyrim would be the Greybeards, masters of the Thu'um.
