It's too early to compile such a list, let's wait for the game to see what's final and what's not.

OK, I will give it more info and order, just like the one from Lobedan(who has Hagalaz's list translated), with his list of weapons of Gothic 3, But how can I make an pictured list of that specific weapon?

I'll continue with the non-weapons after today (could be tomorrow, or the day after, or...)
PS: should I do all arrows and bolts too? There are quite alot, I think... (3 arrows and 2 bolts in the Demo)

I don't know if that will result in your pics being around permanently (I have some vague memory that this will not be the case).
But if the result is worthwhile and the thread gets sticky, I'm sure someone from WoG with the proper knowledge will make sure the pics will become permanent.

You use a software to capture screenshots, equip every weapon, take a screenshot, edit the image so the weapon is the main subject, upload it to wog-upload, edit the first post and add the link for each image. Simple, eh?

A post with multiple posts is called a thread.
But so far I can't see a reason for this list. I mean, a post with just:

That's too little info for a single post. The first step in compiling such a list is to collect the info, after you're done you can evaluate what is the best presentation method. And the formatting should be the last. Don't worry, if the list gets very long we can split it then in multiple posts. Me and bigsnappy can see to the technical part of posts, threads and such.

I thought, while eating supper, about the name that doesn't fits the list I made, back then, (before I reorganized, with the name there is now & the list there is at the moment) where you could find every weapon in Arcania. (Feshyr-> Argaan) , would've got too big in the future.

On a more serious note:

The admins mostly take care of the whole forums and webpages in a more general meaning, while mods take care of a specific forum, it's users and their needs (there are admins which moderate also, but in these cases they are listed as moderators in the forum).
Admins are responsible (with their very real name) for the forums and webpages when it comes to legal relevance.

That remains to be seen, it depends how much interest would be for this game.

Such lists could be done in several ways:
1. users collecting data and collaborating to make such lists
2. extracting the game resources (at some level it can be done even now, but we can't have the guarantee same data will be final)
3. waiting for the Germans to make such lists and translating them (which usually even this is done by Germans)

4. a combination of the above methods.
