Can anyone explain what the tramp means when he tells you "name the goblin cave we crawled through together and I'll tell you my secrets."?

What he means is "tell me what made us friends and then I'll tell you". In other words he tells the hero to piss off, because he doesn't know nameless.

I have never killed the guy because he is too cool. When i see him dead in a later chapter i revive him with cheats I also revive the HIghwayman guarding the bridge

The weird thing is that,even though they wear bandit armor,they would still attack the hero on sight if he's wearing bandit armor,and scream something like "Filthy bandit".

but they supposedly belong to the bandits judging from their armor...
but they obviously don't because they don't attack you on sight shouting 'i will rip you to pieces' when you approach them in your normal armor

Oh c'mon, we have already realised that the tramp who says that line doesn't mean it literally. By the way, it doesn't fit, because Talas was a complete coward, and he's likely either dead at this point or marching across the countryside in black robes.
