The problem is simple. You blew it.

You stole something and Vitus knows you did. He even tells you that he won't won't talk to you because you're a thief. Thanks for not mentioning this little detail, by the way. The problem could have been solved without wasting my time by looking into the savegame if you had told me that right from the start. Anyway, get yourself a joke spell (they're available as scroll throughout the game) and use it on Vitus. He'll have a good laugh and forgive you.

Problem is in it, that I no one steal, only enter rooms. It looks like normal Pirania bug, I am VERY tired with it since Gothic 3. I like Gothic but G3 was terrible product, with Risen I gave last chance Pirania and they lost it.

If you took something from there, that's stealing. And sometimes, NPC demand you to leave their rooms. Maybe, if you do not follow their command, they consider that as crime, too. There is no way this happens normally or else someone else would have had the same problem.

Its only bad if someone catches you I cant believe how quick some people give up on a game. Risen is much better than G3 ito release state. Maybe PB games is just not this guys cup of tea.
