• i agreed with him to give the map
• i have saved Patty who asks me to meet her to the hidden entrance in Harbor town
• went there and kill Romanov
• ... now where's Patty ? :|

I didn't follow your exact path. I killed Romanov after he told me where Patty was locked up and gave me the key (so I got the map back looting him). He just pissed me off too much to live.

But Patty went back to the bar after I rescued her - where I originally met her.

went to the bar and she ain't there nor at the beach or the secret passage way.so i kind of get stucked :\

Did you loot Romanov and get the map? Any Chance Patty is still sitting in her prison? lol.
OR.. I think they actually do walk back. Maybe she is still walking. That would be funny.

If you are PC you can consider using the console command to 'go to' and see if that takes you to her.

yup.. I did loot Romanov and got the map.didn't go back to the ruins to check if she's there.she said that she'll meet me at the secret passage.. pff women

After you give the nautical map to patty there isn't much more you can do with her, but trade. She helps you out a bit in the last chapter but that's about it AFAIK. In my game I found her fighting a lizard close to the main gate of harbor city, check that out first if you really need her.

didn't give her the nautical map yet.that's the problem.and she's nowhere to be found.didn't check the ruins for what it matters although we supposed to meet at the tunnel in Harbor Town.Am I the only one who made the quest this way ?

I was searching for the Titan Armour

so really wait till chapter 4 and you will meet her by the main story again.
