Hab bis jetzt nur eine bars-mod von Lorn getestet und halt meine...

und nein, das ist nicht die komplette Version, mehrere Sachen fehlen... also bitte noch nicht nutzen

I have tested it with my mod and an included mod of the pack. I didn't have so much time right now but maybe I can test another mods later.

Hm, weird... i test your mod, all texts in game and in menus are visible after it's instalating . And by the way, there is no any files in your mod, which can make influence on stringtable...

As i see in mds.ini, your game installed onto system partition, maybe that's why is reason... can you try to reinstall it to non system partition and then try install your mod again... ?

Yes, it is just as suggestion, because i don't know reason... but if you will follow this suggestion, then not replace game, but reinstall it for sure...

And, when i said about not system partition, i mean not external harddrive . For example if you have on C - "XP" and on "D" - Vista, then install all on "E" , because there is no OS... but external harddrive is enough

Hmm, I don't know how to divide the HD into partitions... but I'm going to test it in a few days on my external HD...

Anmerkung: Es ist nicht empfohlen, den MDS oder das Mod-Paket auf der System-Partition zu installieren.

das mir dem Saves hab ich gemacht und auch im Menü das Alternative Balancing aktiveiert fehlanzeige Saves werden im Spiel nich angezeigt neuerdings kommt so eine Fehlermeldung:

Hat das was damit zu tun das die Saves nich angezeigt werden oder mache ich nur einen "dummen" Fehler

Ich glaub, mit dem neuen Starter werden die alten Saves abgeschaltet. War jedenfalls bei mir so.
Wenn du ihn löschst, müssten die Saves auch wieder da sein.

Hmm... that's can be a problem... what OS do you have ? If Vista or 7, then try install it to "My Documents" and run it from there. If it will not help you, then try to launch it via administrator.

P.S. We already working to make possibility run it from sys partitions, when you don't have full access , but it will be not very soon...

Hm, weird ... Then... do you have admin rights ? You use mod-pack 1.7.2 ?

If yes... hm... try do the same what i write recently with Vista...

Because many peoples on this forum have problems with error - "Mods not founded", we decided to rebuild mod-searching system. I though that it will take many time, but i think that i already fix this problem. So i uploaded this fix.

MDS 1.2.0.1 FIX

ChangeLog :

Mod-searching system are rebuilded and MDS must works from any place of your HDD.


This fix will be useful for peoples who have this problem. Who don't have it, can use MDS v1.2.0.0

P.S. Can someone of peoples who have this problem test it ?

In rar archive there is new mds.exe file, which you must place in MDS folder of mod-pack (let's say - you must replace old mds.exe to this, new...).

Ich habe folgendes Problem.
Wenn ich den Mod Starter starte, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldng "Unable to write to D:\Spiele\Gothic III\mds.ini.
Ich habe Windows XP und Gothic 3 nicht auf der Systempartition installiert. Ich habe es auch schon versucht den Inhalt des Modpackets ins Installationsverzeichniss zu verschieben, will aber nicht klappen. der Modstarter öffnet sich zwar, aber wenn ich irgendetwas mache erscheint nur die besagte Fehlermeldung.

Yeah, well done! Now it also works on my system partition. Because of the strings problem:

I've installed G3 on my external HD, just for a test, and all the texts are visible and the mods are working. But it's too slow. I try to reinstall it again to system partition, hopefully it'll work.

Existiert irgendwo eine Liste der Mods, die im CP / QP schon enthalten sind? Einige der Mods vom Starter erkenne ich nämlich wieder.
