If you talk to him it sounds like is is supposed to be in the sect camp.

In the original Gothic 1, Rufus is on the ricefields of the new camp,
but in DM he also is at the arena, close to Scatty. I think it is a bug.

I am still in Chapter 1. And I have a few questions:

1. I have found the fanatics templars camp. Can I join them in Ch. 1? And if so, can I still join one of the original camps? (old, new and sect)
2. In the cave near the Cor Khalom emissary there is a strange hermit which tells me something about the primevals, but I have no options with him. Can I join the primevals in Ch. 1?
3. Can I become the boss of the Old Mine camp in Ch. 1?
4. The smugglers blacksmith can teach me forging for 20 LP but when I try to forge weapons nothing happens. Is there something else I need to have/do/learn to forge weapons? (like blueprints in G3 or something else) (first time when I played DM for a while I learned forging from the smith in the New Camp, at that time I was able to forge weapons, but now I couldn't find a Vindictive Steel so I can't learn from him).

P.S. There is a bug with that alchemist who can brew potions. He wont take from your inventory the ingredients for Extract of Strength. Maybe you could fix this if you are still working at this mod.

About forging - Anghar teach me how to forge, but when I try to forge any sword (long swords or ore swords) I get the message "Not enough skills". Also when I try to use the grindstone I get the message "You cant sharpen swords". Any idea why this is happening?

You can unlock it with picklock.

No I have another problem - I can't find Chromanin III. I red on this thread it should be on the Ruined Monastery (where you meet Gorn when searching for the focus), but I can't find it. I even transformed me into meatbug to enter the Monastery. Is Chromanin III really here or I'm searching in the wrong place?

I already met the strange hermit near fanatics templars camp. I guess he gave me the quest.

I used a telekinesis spell to grab Chromanin III, hope I'll found another one for the focus stone from the Mountain Citadel (btw, never found a way to use that column)

Now I need I way to that tower to grab Chromanin IV, but I think I'll first do the quests in Old Mine Camp to solve the problem with ore delivery.

If you help Alchemist in 3 chapter (visit Orc Village cells) he gives you a key to the Mill's chest - not far from Monastery. In this chest you can find a key - you know the rest

4. I think too low dexterity. Blacksmith skill require dexterity too.

I already went to the orc camp (I'm in chapter 1 but I managed to climb in the mountain and from there to jump in the orc camp).

Indeed, the problem is Dexterity. With 45 DEX I can forge only Long Swords.

where is uriziel's temple?? i did all the quests for the boss of the primevals and when he was giving me the last quest the elites attacked the primevals. then algirion asked me to find the temple where uriziel is, but i don't have any idea of the location!!

its not a bug, he fights in arena, u can bet on them

i dont know if its a quest by i found something Realy sarcasting in this mod - totaly naked woman(yes, yes, no clothes) dancing in front of a guard, guard is being guarder by some scouts wearing swamp camp armors.

The location of this funny part is just where u begin - on top of the trading place, on that wooden platform which is above u.

Question is- is there some quest about it??
