ok i dont know for sure if this is a bug or i am an idiot.i killed Uriziel took the teleport and found out about dm secrets.but the problem is how do i get out of this world because the tunell that provided my entryu is leading now to the sea.what can i do?

There are two tunnels, one leads to sea, the other to the exit.

I recently needed a format C: because i had a virus
Now my comp is clean again

So it was a good moment to start DM all over again,
(I had so many problems and quests that i messed up,
that i couldn't continue any more)

But now i have a new problem:
when i trade with a merchant i can only move items with 10 at the time.
when i press Ctrl + arrow right (or left), normaly it moves 1 item to the center, but now it moves 10 at once.

how can i fix this?

I found the answer to my problem with trading
and I am happy to say, it has nothing to with DM:
the key-bindings in the options menu were not good.
I had these settings

strafe left - a, arrow left
strafe right - d, arrow right
turn left - delete
turn right - end

but then the game picks 10 items each time i press
Crtl + arrow left(or right).
so this are the settings as they should be:

strafe left - a
strafe right - d
turn left - arrow left
turn right - arrow right

I assume this qualifies as a bug, and thus I think a repost in this thread won't hurt anybody.

I'm in a bit of a problem here. I took down the bandits in the forest with Wyzwhatshisface, Slicer and Morghar. Wyz died I think, but here he is, alive, in front of the camp entrance. The problem is, once he gets into my visual range, the game crashes with an "access violation error" every time.

Hello I have some kind of problem because the game crashes to desktop when I lure monsters for that guru who takes me to swamp camp to kill them while they chase me around.

I have installed 1.08k, the unofficial patch, the 2 texture packs and finally Dark Mysteries. Could there be a conflict between them ? Any help would be appreciated

[Bild: ]A few bugs at the stats-screen from DM:
1) You can never see in the screen what guild you are in.
At this moment it must say guildles like orriginal G1,
but when you do get a guild, it won't show in the stats-screen.

2) The skills section.
the word unskilled overlaps the numbers.
i know my 2H skill is 20% now, but it's hard to see this way.

3) Is it possible to learn Regeneration and Master of Fire?
if so, who is the teacher for it?
and at which point can you learn them?

It looks strange. Master of Fire, Regeneration, etc. those skills come from orginal Gothic, not from DM. So there happen something bad with your scripts and that's why guild info is empty.

Original Gothic? Where could you learn those two skills in the game?

Congratulations on a fantastic mod!

I am, however, experiencing some problems with Dark Mysteries. (I have Gothic I: Ironkeep Community Patch v0.9.2 installed at the same time, could this be the problem?)

1. Freezing. The game freezes every 15 minutes or so, and I can't ctrl alt delete out of it - the only thing I can do is restart the computer. (Come to think of it, this happened while playing G2 NOTR Velaya mod as well, though not nearly as frequently.)

2. In one occurrence of this freezing, whilst fighting bloodflies, after restarting my computer, I found that my save no longer worked - the screenshot was all white, and it wouldn't load. Can it be helped? I don't want to load an earlier save unless absolutely necessary.

3. Occasionally while using a grindstone or anvil, I can't get the nameless to stop - he keeps working on the anvil/grindstone, and nothing I press will get me out of this animation. I tried using marvin and then F8, and he stops working, but I still can't get him to move or do anything.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You should use only 1 MOD. when you install a second, they may be in conflict with each other.

At the beginning of the game when the guy on the road attacks you, it was really hard so i tried to hack him, i draw my weapon at him before he opens the dialog so he wont attack me then take the dagger on the wooden pole behind him, equip it, then beat the shit out of him, take his weapon and take the pickaxe in the near mine then when he wakes up he wants to pick a weapon he goes in the mine to pick the axe even if i picked it already since i got the dagger is the last weapon near him, then game crashes.

Edit: If you block his way the the pick axe after you beat him and take the knife on the pole he will just stand there and the game wont crash anymore i eventually made him fight me with his fists and he won then he took my ores then when i woke up i tried to beat him up to get my ores back but since he doesnt have a weapon he just ran away with super speed i didnt catch him so i loaded the game again.

The characters weren't voiced/dubbed, that's why you hear nothing, it's not a bug

I have discovered this gem just recently and been playing like crazy ever since.

I was wondering however, why I am not getting any critical hits with my weapon. When I started playing and had like 10% skill with one-handed weapons I recall being able to land critical hits. Now further into the game I do not seem to get any critical hits.

Is this a known bug or are critical hits not supposed to happen at all?
