G3 - ENBSeries Mod
Howdy guys!
First time here, good to see that the Gothic community is alive and kicking and not stopped in it's tracks due to the issues with the games. Can't really seeing a modding thread on the forums here so I hope that I have this in the right section, if I don't, feel free to let me know.
I did a search for this and found that there were one or two threads but they have petered out it seems and never really amounted to anyone doing anything with this awesome modification.
Please note that I am NOT the author of this, I just made an adaptation of it to be used with Gothic 3.
Because of the age of Gothic 3, some of the visuals can start to look a bit old and dated, this little project aims to fix that. This enables effects that otherwise aren't able to be used in Gothic 3, these include; bloom, occlusion and motion blur, to name a few. It's rather boring for me to explain it so here are some screens for comparison. They don't really do it justice, it's better to download it and have a play.

More to follow as soon as they are uploaded.
Please note that due to the nature of this mod, it is very graphic intensive and if you have an older machine, don't expect to run this very well if at all.
To install, place the d3d9.dll, enbseries.ini and key_codes.txt in the folder that contains your Gothic3.exe. Example: C:\Program Files\Gothic III. The enbseries.ini is what you can use to tweak the settings, information on what these settings do and how to tweak them can be found in the readme file. To initiate the mod in game, press the default keys which are SHIFT + F12. This can also be changed if you wish.
There is no one for all fix for the settings of the mod, if you download it, don't expect my own personal .ini to work for your own machine and specifications. It will take some time and a bit of know how to tweak but it is worth it.
If you are struggling with this, don't expect me to do it for you. You are more than welcome to ask for help and I will be happy to give it but I'm not going to do everything for you. Besides, I can't because it is very dependant on what hardware you do have.
My current systems specifications are a Intel E7300 processor, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and a ATI 4670, 512MB GPU.

I can't imagine motion blur in G3 but sound interesting.
I can't find G3 in his list.

Give it a go, you might be surprised.
You're right, G3 isn't in his list but that is because this one was made for GTA:SA, I just tweaked the settings a bit to make it suitable for G3.

I think I've seen something like this in the german downloads section,a patch that increases the Gothic 3 blur, anyway the visuals are really nice with blur
