This game is totally Jowooded...I agree...Only a good modkit and some healers can save it...

Well, guys I just finished the game. If it should be rated by having in mind the bugs, I would give it 0.1/10. If bugs are not to be taken in account, a 6.5/10 would be more than enough...I will play it again when serious patches are released so that I can have a more clear view...

I just played the german version so far (I can't find the english version anywhere) so I don't understand a thing, fighting system is the same, but now fight stops after stamina drained, so it's a bit harder now. Loading times are faster, but the game still lags a lot. No gameplay change, decreased area.. this is not an expansion, it's like a bonus freeware mod! My rate would be 2/10.

My g2 mod also loads up alot faster than the main game, ... could have something to do with the size of the world.

And its the second crappy game they made.

They also published the guild-series which i've heard of had some problems, also wiki has something:

JoWood is publishing games bugged over that "normal" bug level (every game has it's bugs when it's released) since 6 years or such, ... and like one can see with Forsaken Bugs, ... it's getting even more worse.

I wonder whats the point to make such a lousy addon. Aren't they making a whole new sequel too? Are those suits @ Jowood braindead? Only thing this lousy bugridden addon does is ruining gothic's good name and reputation. Do they really think that this is a good fresh start to the series? G3 had it's flaws, but it was a solid fun game with a clear vision (in particular after many patches). Now they release this piece of poop and call it a gothic game?!

It's your first game you say ? Well, play a little to Badur's gate, Arcanum, Fallout, Planescape Torment, Daggerfall and of course Gothic, then we'll talk, but before that you should seriously rethink the things you write...

It's first game I purchase, not the first game I played. I played Torment, Fallout, Arcanum and all Gothic. And I'm not talking about the quality of image in engine, but about buggy implementation (memory leaks, crashes, problems with saves from demo etc).

Another JoWooded game is Fable 2, just go to the Lionhead community. You can read a big: Fable 2: most bugged game of 2008. And its a Xbox 360 game for god's sake.

No, it doesn't matter even if only one customer bought it. They are selling a NON-PLAYABLE GAME without informing him about this nor that he must have an internet connection for following patches...
