Hello again!

With new 16:9 oder 16:10 monitors the visible screen reduced vertically. That means you can't see what's directly before the hero.

davied did a camera patch to fix this problem.

The patch should work with Gothic 2 - Night of the Raven, version 2.7 too. But to be sure I am looking for players who have installed the Gothic 2 gold version 2.7. Feedback would be nice.

Funny thing is that I would prefer viewing like in the first screenshot. But I can't.

Meh, its not bad so far.

The FOV is a little better I guess.

This camera fix works just fine in itself.

I should mention that he also posted a working aspect ratio fix to get rid of the stretching.

Without this patch you will see this problem every time you load a savegame untill you talk to an NPC (weird but true!). The AR fix gets rid of this problem once and for all.
