Ok, cant find these guys, in game or on maps. doesnt help that when i try talking to asam he doesnt say anything. went looking anways, with no luck. so this whole quest seems unaccessible. I did kill zarkos earlier in the game however...did this short circuit it?
tried killing surus to cut to the chase but i get attacked

other minor questions...
how do I bless a weapon? have a scroll, but i use it on a weapon and nothing happens.

He search the tree killers, who should kill the hero on behalf of Surus.

Zarkos hasn't anything to do with this mission.


You find the killers in the near of Giacomos well. But don't search in the forest where Zarkos is, they aren't there, you have to go the way back, where you came from, as you went to Ishtar the first time.

ok, i followed the cheat to go down north from ishtar and hadn't found anything. I'll re-check the well areas.
the characters were listed as the "3 killers" in the walkthrough. apparently they are associated with a quest you get when you talk to asam (which I don't get when i talk to him) resulting in death of surus and the return of a bowl to asam.

I'll re-try blessing a weapon. now how do you poison one?

ok problem solved...I needed to talk to the head guard trainer and it activated the rest of the quest.
also patch did fix poisoning and blessing items

Surus?

Surus is a black mage in Ishtar and on of your competitors by the test of the Hashishins.
You find him in the outer circle of Ishtar.
