Hello World of Gothic !
As I ask in the title, i'm looking for a way to add subtitles in the cinematics of Gothic 1.
Is it possible ? And if it is how to do that ?

Yes, this is possible.
You'll need The RAD Video Tools, download:
http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

With it you can convert the *.bik videos from the game. I would choose uncompressed avi (attention, those files can be very big in filesize).
Then you could import it to the windows movie maker, there you can add the subtitles, save the video with the windows movie maker as a *.wmv, start up the rad video tools again, covert the *.wmv to a bik video and exchange it with the original bik video (of course it must have the same name as the original video).

I got a little problem.
I done all stuff (uncompress in avi/add subtitles with movie maker/recompress in bik), and out of the game i can read the video and that working good (video with sound and subtitles but with an ugly visual quality - so i choose a wrong setting for the compression)
But when i test videos ingame, i dont have any sound.

What happened ?
And is someone could tell me what are the settings to get the same quality as original videos ?

You should choose a high compression in movie maker (i.e. i tested it with 2,1 Mbit/s / PAL), in bink you can choose 100% quality (default).

But when i test videos ingame, i dont have any sound.

Check if there is a hook at audio compression in bink, it should work.
