Left out (by the developers) because maybe it didn't worked properly, or the time wasn't enough in the end to finish the animations or whatever (release-date-pressure).

Correct, it was for fighting with two weapons.
The Jump Attack was supposed to be a normal attack available right from the start but wasn't implemented either. (though I got the key combination on the back of my manual...)

That would be unknown...

All we know is the insert code(which obviously doesn't work) and through that we known that its for double wielding.

Fight with two blades - It_Perk_1H1H_1
Master of two blades - It_Perk_1H1H_2
Secret Bonus - It_Perk_1H1H_SecretBonus
Swordfighter - It_Perk_1H_1

So yeah... that's about it, unless someone from PB jumps in and tells us what it was supposed to be.

1) if that skill is not for jump attack then what help cant bring to the 2 weapons fighting
2) is there a pach that can fix the jump attack coz i saw in the manual the key combination i did it many times with out sucsses

Presumably more damge like all special wepaon perks.

No there isn't. Also it is buggy, for exampel when you use it during an arena fught you'll lost because the game "thinks" you leave the arena.
