Well I killed my second dragon the one of Stone, and took his heart scales and blood and I REPLENISHED the Eye. The problem is I then proceeded to the new world too look around and collect the eggs. I saved the game and came back to it.

Now I found my eye is faded and has no light, if I dont have the eye the dragons are invincible. Is their a cheat to get a dragon heart? Otherwise I am at a loss as I dont have a saved game before that point and I am FAR into the game. :-( I was playing as a Merc.

This is a wierd bug besides the random crashes on Loadup or sometime locking up. My be my new system specs as I have no issues with other games and this is a Prety old game now.

I did not find cheat for your problem (I might have missed it), but you can try search option.

I think I was not much of a help, but I am pretty sure there is a cheat for replenishing the eye. Good luck!

The cheat for the dragon's heart ist "insert ItAt_RockDragonHeart"

The insert-Code for a dragonheart is "insert ItAt_****DragonHeart"
**** = rock, swamp, fire or ice, doesn't matter which heart you use to replenish the eye.
So you have to type e.g. "insert ItAt_RockDragonHeart" in the console and then press enter.

Thanks for the help, Its my second game as the first was played as Paladin, This one is the merc. But I just used the KILL cheat. lol it worked! But it really shocked me, there are a few bugs in G2 I noticed lockups where the game just freezes it doesnt happen often but enough to be noticeable.

An interesting bug I felt was the cander bug when he gives you a letter, What I found is IF you get the peasant outfit FIRST and then speak to him and when he ask you about farming you play as the farmer he doesnt give you the quest against the girl, the problem is that He reported me in the paladins version yet didnt in the Merc version. lol Must be a bug because he NEVER knew I wasnt a farmer and that is proved in the Merc version so the paladin version ust have a code bug with regards to that side quest.

The only thing I dont like about these games are the points become easier LATE in the game, experience is giving more and better stuff later in the chapters, I would like a more open approach where you can buy armor at different times if you have the money. I NOTICED G3 did this somewhat but I didnt care for the lack of unique armour. Also I like Morrowinds ability to take armour off the bodies. ;-)

And one last thing if someone knows, WHY havent they fixesd the 11 paladin problem in G3? you think it would be as easy as adding another one somewhere?

PB didn't fix this bug, because they split up with JoWood before they could make a new patch.
But there's a community patch that fixes the paladin problem.

So the community patch fixes it? I didnt see it listed in the readme. How did they fix it and where is the last paladin placed?

I got to say G3 isnt that bad, I think the BIG mistake was not allow both combat systems and more important I think there should have been a level system to make areas more interesting to come back to. I noticed that in G2 when you hit a new level like 2 or 3 etc when you went back to old areas they had new enemies and quests. I think this is what is lacking in G3 being able to go to the same areas with new quests, once an area is played out your done with it and nothing seems to have happened since you left.

Thanks, its been about a 7-8 months since I played G3 so my memory is a little short on who is who, but thats great to know. I guess I will have to play G3 again but this time with the community patch the game might just be enjoyable again, since everything seemed to be broke before. lol

BTW I noticed in my USA version 1.32 of G2 that there is a bug with thedragon hearts, this time I have the heart in my paladin game and yet it wont let me recharge the eye, I figured this might be because I didnt learn how to brew something so I ran and learned how to brew healing, yet I still cant recharge the Eye. I think there is some bug that happens. A shame really as I only got 1 game without a problem my first and now on two different ones I find Dragon heart issues.

I ordered G2 with NotR, I liked the idea of it being harder and more content, did I waste my money or is it worth it?

Do you have a lab water bottle in you inventory? You need one to recharge the eye.

NotR is a great game, in my opinion it is much better than G2 without addon. The new story line and the new worlds are highlights which create a really good atmosphere - and the increased difficulty makes the game even more interesting.

Well I also got G1 coming in, I plan to use the Graphics mod on it if you think its safe? I kinda got everything backwards starting with G3 then G2 and then G1 soon. lol
