Well he gives u a weapon (fine sword) if u don't tell on him. Pretty good sword for a begginer...
He's in the tavern/brothel called Red lantern in the harbor of Khorinis. A guy called Borka stands in front of it. You shouldn't missed it. Peck's in one of the upper rooms with a hooker.
