Rathgar's stolen ancestor stone
There was something wrong with Rathgar's quest (sitting by the campfire above Faring) about the stolen ancestor's stone, for many years. I managed to fix it, however, at the cost of deleting two phrases.
The following logical branch turned out.
1. Rathgar only reports that he was robbed - the hints are removed from the dialogue. He could hardly have seen the robber at night, much less learned his name. The hero must figure out for himself who the thief was. In the future, this will become more than obvious from the dialogue with hunter Tom.
2. The hero returns the stone and we find out that Rathgar is not going to use the stone, because he is afraid to enter the cave.
3. Rathgar will offer the hero to go with him to Pedar's hut. If the hero goes with him, Rathgar, as a sign of gratitude, will show him the tomb and give him the stone for the hero to use it.
4. If the hero refuses to go with him, Ratgar will give up the stone only after Kerth's order. There is an opportunity to punish (kill) the thief. This is a new quest - The Revenge of Rathgar.
5.If the hero holds the stone and refrains from further communication with Ratgar, if he completes the quest "Einar's ancestor stone", Ratgar's dialogues about the stone will be closed, but part of the dialogue remains - that he was robbed. Thus, you can complete part of the quest: punish the thief - Ali.
There is one omission due to which the quest will locked if the hero interrupts the dialogue with Rathgar and uses the stone "by default". But I don't think anyone in their right mind would do that.
UPD.
I studied the quest inattentively, it turned out that Rathgar was Ali's guide. This explains the fact that Ratgar knew his client's name. Ali lied about buying the stone from him. Fixed.
May God justice agressors by any blooddrop, shed by them.
