Therefore, I began to use pseudo-constructions, as in the photo. It looks more original. The initial version looks like this.
There are extra items in the photo that I have not yet managed to remove or am experimenting with.

A laboratory table has been removed from the upper room of the castle, for which there was not enough space. It was located unevenly and spoiled the situation. The whole hall is now filled with bookshelves.
If someone has an allusion to the castle from Gothic 2, where the hero had a laboratory, I repeat once again: the game world of Gothic 3 has nothing to do with the world of Gothic II.

In various edits, hashishins wear turbans. It doesn't look very attractive from the outside. In my edit, only the most distinguished people wear a turban: the magician Tizgar, Gonzalez, Ugrasal. Wearing turbans is implemented in an ugly way and it should not be abused.

Quest "Native places"
After the defeat of the undead and orcs in Gotha, an elderly peasant Luther can be found on the mountainside.
Luther: Have you come to kill me?
Hero: Oh no, not at all. who are you?
Luther: Before the Orcs came, I was a local peasant. Now I'm just a tramp. The orcs took my house, and then the wild beasts came and killed all my cattle. My heart almost stopped when I found out that Roland had occupied the castle.

It is quite obvious that the laboratory table and the book lectern are parts of the same furniture set.

The look of this expensive furniture strongly dissonates with the squalid gray walls of peasant houses. And it looks especially wild somewhere in a cave. So I decided to fix it, but it turned out to be even more exquisite. All the flasks and utensils are laid out on a simple table.
There is no alembic and some flasks on the table - but I think this does not really spoil the view.

The laboratory table consists of several hierarchically connected meshes. These are not items, but only meshes, so that the hero cannot steal them. Also, in this way it is more convenient to change the location of the table so as not to lay out everything all over again.

Today I managed to fix a couple more quests to their original state. This is a quest to fight Nerusul and Surus in the arena. I did some digging in the dialogues of the hero and the characters, and found a lot of useful universal phrases and dialogues that can be used. I am very sensitive to the original quests - they are like pearls, and I try to restore even the spoiled ones. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to get an engine with the hero's voice yet, and I don't want to fill the game with dumb quests. This... It's very sad.

The quest "Potions for Delazar" I created earlier has been redesigned. I managed to fully voice it with the original voices of the characters from other dialogues.
Now the chain of dialogues looks like this:
Delazar: So you got rid of Surus.
Hero Yes, so what?
Delazar: Well, I can't say anything bad about that. But could you give him some time to make potions for me? Hero: Uh... no....
Delazar: Now I'm going to have to make them myself again!
Hero: How can I help you?
Delazar (passes the list of components): That's all I have.
Hero: Let's see what I can do.
Hero (take potions): I brought you something.
Delazar: See, that wasn't so hard! And here is the reward for you!

There is a free space outside the city of Ishtar where you can implement various adventure quests.
In the original, it is almost empty and only sometimes packs of jackals rush back and forth.
I filled this place with sand crawlers and snappers. There was a shipwreck at the bottom of the dune, where the strait opens. Dead pirates are sitting next to the wreckage by the campfire. If the hero walks there, he will find a note, reading which will launch the quest "Hidden gold of pirates"
