I know there are a lot of topics about this but for me its really hard to understand and find solution. Both of my installations are not working for phileassons secret and i dont know why. please help

I suppose there is a registry entry missing. Start regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\DTP\Drakensang_TRoT. Here you have to add a new entry called version_addon with the value 1.11. Should look like this:

When I played the main Thurstein quest in normal game I used Canos way to the fortress ... and I killed the cook ... now I have quest in Kaltenstein shatten and the cow is in the Thurstein kitchen, but the cook isnt there ... help please

Looks like you didn't install the patches for KS. You could try installing them. They are also available as savegamepatch.
