Hello, I can't find "Elex 2 - Help" English so ask here:
1. In the Morkons grotto are several sick rats that when killed a quest updates; who/where is the quest giver? or is that a morkon only quest?
2. Somewhere SW of Tomsontown are a few named Skex part of a quest; can't find the quest giver either (Gregor wants trolls only)

The quest is given by Batulga to access the bar. You can either fight him or work for him. The first quest is to collect stones. If you give the stones to Sloppy, the rat killing quest is the alternative. If you already have access to the bar, you probably can't get the quest.

I can't help you with your second question.

Thanx, guess I wasn't inspired to give the stones to Sloppy meaning I missed the quest

Edit: It seems for second question the quest name is Philistines? (I haven't killed them since looking for quest giver)
