I know you get a bonus forging the Ore Longsword and Ore Bastard sword but what about the Ore Dragon Slayer that you make in Chapter 5? Is there a bonus?

Yes, it's gives a +10 Bonus. When you have it equipped.
All Ore-Swords gives a +10 Bonus, except the Paladin-Swords.

Wasn't there a problem when fighting oponents with a strong anti-magic-armour? There was a reason why it was best not to equip magically enhanced swords - I never used them once I understood that.

There are exactly two Weapons with magic damage: Uriziel in Gothic 1, and Beliars Claw in Night of the Raven. But Only the random extra damage of the Claw is magical.

And why, do you think, are all the ex owners of the plus-something-swords that you can find dead?

Swords with +Skill does no magical damage, just blade damage. An other bonus had only the Claw.

In Gothic 3 exists more weapons with more bonuses, and few with magical damage.
