Thank you for the ideas.

Sleep does not regenerate the HP&Mana if the hut belongs to some NPCs and hero is attacked or warned to leave the house by NPCc;
We won't include this as it's not a bug, but a feature. There's no hint that this behavior is intended. That's something for one of the many mods that expand the main game (like the Definitive Edition mod which added exactly this feature).

hero should not opened the chest while he used a torch. It looks really weird, he should drop a torch before open a chest.
That's something worth looking into.

Some of beds in Swamp Camp can not be used.
Here are waypoints.
PSI_10_HUT_IN
PSI_14_HUT_IN
PSI_4_HUT_IN (one of 2 beds )
PSI_5_HUT_IN (1 of 2 )
PSI_7_HUT_IN (both 2 beds)
PSI_8_HUT_IN (one of 2 )
PSI_24_HUT_IN

Here are the ideas for fix :
1) Sleep does not regenerate the HP&Mana if the hut belongs to some NPCs and hero is attacked or warned to leave the house by NPCc;
2) hero should not opened the chest while he used a torch. It looks really weird, he should drop a torch before open a chest. Well u have to beware to use "condition func" of mobs , because some mods (inc. mine) use it to create condition for opening chests only with a special skill;
Wouldn't just blocking the player from using beds assigned to any NPC be better? That way if you get attacked you can't run to a bed and sleep to cancel the fight.
I'm guessing that would be the point for doing this... and not getting bit by bedbugs from sleeping in a diggers bed.
But I wouldn't really call it a fix more a mod.

Können die Kickboxer-Skelette gefixt werden? Oder ist das eher was für Union?

That's called "fanon" or "head" canon and means you're (the only few decisive people constituting of this project) making an interpretation of the source, not the community. Therefore, this makes this "patch" no longer adhering to the "only bug fixing and no new features or restored content" theme as advertised and just another Gothic mod among the many.
Damn, still I will be observing this one closely. Thank you for your hard work!

Blubbler posted a Union fix a while ago.
With the latest Union version from November 4. it is very easy to block the kicking skeletons or other elements.
You just have to create a file in the system folder that ends in ".patch" and contains the following line:
#disable [FindNextFightAction_Workaround] [/ CODE]
Here as a download: https://upload.worldofplayers.de/ files12 / 18mQzTz5uuNJNoKickingSkeletons.rar
EDIT:
In the latest Union version it was renamed for some reason. Now it has to be
#disable [FindNextFightAction_Workaround]
#disable [FindNextFightAction_Workaround_1] [/ CODE]
.
Link has been updated. [/ QUOTE]

Our goal is to stay as objective as possible, but sometimes it's not possible to fix a bug when the codes doesn't give a hint on how to fix it properly. In that case, we discuss the solution internally and try to find a solution that fits best. You're right, we don't do that publicly, because it would be a vast mess. But we still try to be as transparent as possible, that's why we label each of those fixes as opinionated. If you dislike one of those fixes (or any other), you can also disable individual fixes for your installation of the game. Sometimes, we revisit old fixes, if the community has valid arguments on why our implementation is not correct (as we did with Fisk's quest recently).
Besides, no one forces you to use this patch. You can either use is fully (as intended), partially (if you disable individual fixes) or you can just not use it at all.

I never had any issues with skeletons doing kung fu in my playthroughs so I decided to test this out. Clean install of the game with the latest Union version and teleported to the Fog Tower. Skeletons there behaved normally, they attacked with whatever weapon they had in their hands. I'm guessing the explanation for the karate kid skellies you folks are seeing is that the skeletons have no weapons so they are resorting to hand to hand combat. I don't see a problem with that behaviour.

Is it the audio not triggering? Because that happens quite often and I'd very much like to see it get fixed somehow

hm, normally every skeleton wears a weapon.

Good argument... so that would mean a fix wouldn't be really neccessary.

Yes, that's the case.

That would be my assumption, just tested again with the skellies at the stonehenge.
Not a single one attacked me with their martial arts prowess

Yes, that's the case.
Yeah that happens in a lot of instances in the game and I haven't really found a way to isolate and replicate the audio problem.
I'm pretty sure @AmProsius and the rest of the G1CP team are aware of it but I don't know if it's in their scope to fix it.

I'm using Blubbler's fix since several weeks but it sounds I don't really need it anymore, because it's very rare that a skeleton has no weapon in his hands.
Always thought they would do that sometimes even with weapons in hands.

@JudgeKyle that's probably why there's no update on union regarding this, no reason to fix something that is behaving correctly.
Like @Homerclon and @Gothaholic pointed out, skeleton NPC's usually have weapons and when an NPC doesn't have one and want to attack then they normally switch to hand to hand.
