Hello everyone
So Im stuck with this quest and cant find a solution. I killed the bandits in the tower near pirate camp in Jharkendar, but Henry wont recognize it. The quest moved to completed section as soon as i received it.
I loaded a previous save and tried killing them before getting the quest but its still the same. I also tried spawning the npcs again and killed them.
When Greg arrives, he wont recognize the quest as finished either.
I found a program called Gothic Variable Editor which apparently change quest progress but i cant seem to get it working, it just wont update the save file as it should.
Anyone have a solution? (im using gog version with playerkit, systempack, gothicmod (scripts) and dx11)

Try that. Load your last save after killing the bandits.
Don't go to Henry.
Go back to the magicians and sleep there for the night.
Then go to Henry and talk to him.

That could help but just maybe.

doesnt work :/ i think my only option is tempering with the save game or some console command

Story helpers could help.

Go to the Marvin mod.
Press the B key and enter "Marvin".
Then open B again and the console with F2.

Simply enter "insert sh" for the story helper.

Select chapter and search quest.
