If the opportunity to add a lightmap for new objects? I added a door to the house but this door is too dark at night.

George wrote here something about lightmaps. Currently there is no version of the Gothic3 SDK which supports lightmap generation or static light calculation.

If the door is a single object you can try static light generation with g3dit. Press button "B" at bottom.
Objects like size of a cupboards use static light data instead of lightmaps.

Create a light cache by pressing button "Cache erstellen".
Button "Aktuelle Beleuchtung" shows how many light sources are currently applied.
Button "Beleuchten" will apply new light sources.

But you have to change the properties of your object, so that it uses static light data.
Take a look at a cupboard in property view "P" at class eCIlluminated_PS.
Change your door accordingly if it's a single object.

g3dit's static light data calculation is not on par with the static light data calculation done by Gothic 3. To be honest, I am planning to remove the illumination tab.

Thanks. This helped fix the lighting for all added objects.

You should never use the illumination functionality builtin into g3dit, as the results are not accurate.
I implemented it long before I was able to make the game do that for us.

Unfortunately you're right. I've already done a lot of experiments with it, and it didn't look very good...
