    If the opportunity to customize the experience for killing a single mob?
    As far as I know, this can be achieved by raising or lowering the mob level in its template file (attributes: level, levelMax). But this does not suit me, because I do not want to change the level of the mob.
    Can this be done without changing the mob level?
    The XPModifier in ge3.ini is not suitable also, since it works for all mobs.

    Customizing the experience for killing a single NPC without altering its level requires making changes to the game's executables.
    You can to that using my inoffical Gothic 3 SDK, but it will be really difficult, not to say impossible, unless you have experience with reverse engineering and C++.

    The XP the hero gets for killing an NPC is calculated by the GiveXP script in Script_Game.dll.

    You could create a kill quest for a single mob. But you get a quest in addition.
