Hello, Cassia don't want to accept me to thieves gild because I'm a Necromancer apprentice, I even changed my clothes before I firstly spoke to her but it did not help.. Is there any way how to overcome it? Can I add character helper via Marvin just like in normal Gothic 2 and change my guild temporarily? Do you have other idea? Thank you in advance.

It´s normal that cassia don´t accept you. She hates all kind of mages.
You can´t spawn character helper and you can´t change your guild via marvin it will crash your game.
Could you upload a savegame maybe I can fix your problem.
But most theif quests need a high dex value, without it you won´t get them, so its not a big loss for your run.
