Yes it's possible. It's like teleport stones.
The easy way is to set the permanent attribut at spell scrolls. Then they should not disapear after use.
You can use g3dit to edit the spell scroll templates.

So far I know not, but some spells are changed. E.g. fire rain is now casted around the targed and not around the hero.
Models are in folder _compiledMesh (.xcmsh).
Shader Materials are in folder _compiledMaterial (.xshmat).
Textures are in _compiledImage (.ximg).
To start you should simply replace an existing model.
e.g. G3_Weapon_1H_Sword_OrcSlayer_01.xcmsh

Every Mesh refers to a material (.xshmat). Via selecting one material in G3MC you can change it via button change material.
If you load an .obj you will get material names not working in Gothic3. So change it.
If you successfully changed the model we can go on to apply the correct textures and create new templates (new items).
