Where the heck can I get this spell. I have 265 ancient knowledge. It says it's transformation magic, but the only druid I found is that one by montera. I reallllly want to get this spell as I'm finding all sorts of chests I could open with it, thanks in advance.

Go to an Innos (All hail Innos) shrine, think its there... if not go to an Beliar (HERETICS ^^) shrine... if its not there, the water mages in varant teaches natur spells and such too.. :P

It's not in any of the innos or beliar shrines I've seen. And the first water mage in varant i saw rodianar or whatever didn't teach it. Does anyone have a specific location?

go to the south end of varant, at the ruin field there go to the west and up to the cliffs... somewhere along those cliffs theres a nomad cave with a water mage...

Argh I found the mage, but he didn't have it either, although he did have golem which was new? So anywhere else?

I'm curious about where you find higher-level spells myself, Innos and Beliar ones too. Can't find anyone who does them, though I have a feeling Zuben might do the Beliar ones.

Well I've seen 5 of the 7 water mages in varant so I doubt it is there. Someone has to have gotten this spell.

I was just doing a search for this topic, and came up with this thread...

My current character build has been based on bypassing thieving skills altogether, with the intention that I'd eventually get the open lock spell and use that to open metal/impossible chests.

I was a bit concerned when I noticed that the druid near Montera doesn't teach the spell, and I'm not seeing anyone else who clearly does. Does anyone have a clear answer on this? Also, does open lock count as a higher level spell? I.e., can I get it if I don't follow the path of Adanos?

It's a higher spell, yes, you can get it only by following the Adanos path,... Saturas should teach it then.
