Hello there. I want to play Risen again and want to know how to replace the original music with the new one? Probably I need a program like g3pak for Gothic 3.

You can unpack the archive Risen\data\compiled\sounds.pak using Risenaut and then find the original music in the ._xsnd format under sounds\music. To convert these files to .mp3 you can use RisenMP3.

To convert your own .mp3 files to ._xsnd use the command line tool MP3toXSND like this. To apply your changes, put the new/modified ._xsnd files in a new folder named sounds and pack this folder as sounds.p00 (under Risen\data\compiled) using RisenPAK.
