Hey there. I have done everything as detailled here:

None of key combination seem to work. I even bought an external PC keyboard to find if it's going to solve a problem, not a chance
Any possible reason ?

They only work in Minsky mode but I guess you know that.
Please post your ConfigUser.xml.

And what you may find interesting - if I leave configuser.xml with "read only" unchecked ( as by default ) - game tries to overwrite configuser.xml content and delete additional ( following ) content of debug:

You inserted the DebugKeys in the wrong way and now your ConfigUser.xml is broken. This is why the game tries to replace it.
To insert the DebugKeys correctly, copy the following text and insert if right after "<Controls>" in your ConfigUser.xml (not in your current ConfigUser.xml which is broken, but in a new ConfigUser.xml created by the game):
