Pretty sure it's not possible for you.
An entity can be illuminated either with a lightmap or per instance (referring up to 4 light sources to the Position of Light section of the entity). Small objects like chests, logs etc. use per instance lighting. g3dit can do this for you if you set it up correctly and give it all the file paths to the unpacked files that are needed. But this method also was only a workaround and sometimes it does not work properly.

Meshes like houses, the world mesh etc. are usually affected by more than 4 light sources. On many meshes per instance lighting does not even work - don't know what's the reason for this. That's where you need lightmaps.
For the G3 CSP George added a console command that lets Gothic3's game engine compile the lightmaps for a specific object. Additionaly it gives correct data that can be used for per instance lighting. But he never published that code as it also contains many other changes made specifically for our project.
