To avoid spamming the R3 Tutorials thread I'll show here the results of some freaky tests from time to time:

I added a Quinn clone and gave him the mages GurdainLight armor: Hum_M_Body_Armor_Mag_GuardianLight_1_L1

compared to Gothic 3 modding it appears to be rather simple. Most data in the r3secdoc files is text.
The classdata needs some "translation", though, but for the eCAnimation3Controller_PS you simply need to copy it to a hexeditor.

But it's required to know the basics, such as "ABC" = 0x41 0x42 0x43.
You can't seriously expect to successfully mod a game without learning them.
