Du kannst den Schaden von einer Waffe, soweit ich weiß, mit Cheats bzw. Konsole nicht ändern. Wenn du aber Probleme hast weil Gegner zu viel Schaden machen solltest du einfach das Spiel von der Schwierigkeit her runterstellen.
