    Hallo zusammen,

    ich habe mir The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition über Steam geholt und habe FPS Probleme, dass ich nie über 30 komme. Ich habe auch schon bei Google rumgesucht, allerdings hat kein Tipp geholfen. Systemanforderungen dürften kein Problem sein, da ich einen aktuellen Rechner habe:

    Nvidia 960 GTX
    Intel Core Cpu 3,40 ghz QuadCore
    8 GB Arbeitsspeicher

    Bzgl. der Grafikeinstellungen macht es keinen Unterschied, ob man auf Niedrig, Mittel oder Sehr hoch spielt. Übersamling habe ich deaktiviert.

    Ich habe gelesen das es evtl. ein Problem sein kann, dass man den Treiber mit 3D installiert. Allerdings habe ich auch nur einen Treiber für die NVidia gefunden (Den aktuellsten) Hat jmd eine Idee?

    Wenn du die Grafiktreiber Installiert gibt es bei der Benutzerdefinierten Installation die Option den Haken vor 3D Vision abzuwählen.

    Das kannst du einmal machen, aber vorher über den Geräte Manager den alten Grafiktreiber einmal Deinstallieren und neu starten und dann neu aufspielen.

    Vielen Dank, probiere ich mal aus. Hat der irgendwelche besonderen Auswirkungen? Also der 3D-Treiber meine ich.

    So, habe den Treiber deinstalliert und wieder ohne 3D Vision installiert. Allerdings ohne Erfolg, FPS ist immer noch grausig.

    So lange du kein 3D Monitor hast, ist 3D Vision nur unnötiger Ballast der mitgefüttert werden muß.

    Ist das denn optisch wahrnehmbar, meine ruckelt Witcher oder ist das nur eine Zahl die dir ein Programm wiederspiegelt?
    Mit einer 960er sitzen bei mittlerer Einstellung bei Witcher und bei einer Auflösung von 1920x1080 nicht mehr wie 40 Fraps drin.

    Hast du schon einmal Hairworks Deaktiviert?

    Es läuft halt überhaupt nicht flüssig, was bei meinem System eigentlich schon sein sollte. Also es wird nicht nur 25 FPS angezeigt, es sind auch 25 FPS.

    Gibt es Hairworks nicht erst ab Witcher 3? Da ich da nichts in den Einstellungen finde.

    Ich muß mich erst einmal entschuldigen, ich war mit meinen Kopf irgendwie bei TW3
    Du hast absolut recht, normalerweise sollte deine GTX TW2 eigentlich recht problemlos bewältigen.

    Welche empfohlene Grafikeinstellung gibt dir Witcher denn vor? (Sehr Hoch, Hoch, Mittel, Niedrig)
    Schau auch bitte einmal in den Taskmanager rein wie hoch die Auslastung ist.

    Also CPU-Auslastung ist bei 12 % und Arbeitsspeicher bei 50%. Kann nebenbei auch normal surfen. Er gibt mir die Einstellungen "Hoch" vor. Aber selbst wenn ich die Einstellungen auf niedrig setze, ändert das nichts an den FPS :/

    Diese *hohe* Einstellung würde deiner Hardware gerecht werden.

    Erstell doch bitte einmal deine Diag, nicht das dort was querliegt:
    Windows-Taste + R drücken → dxdiag eintippen → Enter

    Mit einem Klick auf "Alle Informationen speichern..." lässt sich der Systembericht als Textdatei abspeichern. Diese Textdatei fügst du deinem Post als Anhang hinzu.
    Eine Frage am Rande, welches Virenprogram werkelt bei dir im Hintergrund?

    Antivira, hab aber auch schon den Echtzeitscanner Deaktiviert, Firewall ist allerdings noch Aktiv.

    Tu mir auch inmal den Gefallen und stell die derzeitige Auflösung von 1600 x 900 auf die Native Auflösung des TV Monitors von 1920 x 1080 und teste das noch einmal.

    Wie verhält es sich wenn du ein normalen TFT über den Digitalen Ausgang anschliesst?

    Nee 25 sind eigentlich das höchste... Sonst eher niedriger. Die GPU Auslastung ist bei 27 % (Power Consumption).

    Habe die Auflösung auch schon geändert, keine Veränderung. Einen TFT habe ich momentan leider nicht hier, aber andere Spiele funktionieren ja auch ganz normal. Wie z.B. Zombie Army Trilogie auf Ultra mit 60 FPS ohne Probleme. Ich bin langsam mit meinem Latein am Ende :/

    Hab Vollbild und Fenstermodus probiert, beides ohne Erfolg.

    Ist die VSync von der Grafikkarte ausgeschaltet, teste das einmal mit und ohne.
    Teste das auch einmal in den Witcher Grafikoptionen bei ausgeschalteten Anti-Aliasing.
    Bitte nicht lachen, sitzt der Stecker für die Stromversorgung der Grafikkarte noch richtig drauf?

    Ja genau, hab V-Sync und Anti-Aliasing auch aus- und wieder eingeschaltet, keine Änderung. Steckt alles auch noch richtig drauf. Das kann doch echt nicht sein :/ Ich hab nur festgestellt, dass ich in kleinen Räumen mehr FPS habe als draußen. Ist eigentlich logisch, sollte aber dennoch nicht bei meinem Rechner so sein.

    Mich würde echt einmal Interessieren was die Grafikkarte in Verbindung mit ein TFT macht.
    Vor allen ob dort die Frapszahl genauso im Keller liegt.

    Die Hardware ist in keinster Weise übertaktet?

    Gehen wir doch einmal einen anderen Weg, viele sind von NVidia Experience so gar nicht angetan und überzeugt.
    Weil es bei einigen Spielen mit Modifiktionen rund lief und nach den Update mit dieser Software plötzlich auf 20~25 Fraps zusammengebrochen ist.

    Deinstalliere den Grafiktreiber also noch einmal und Installiere es neu und ohne die schon bereits erwähnte 3D Vision und diesmal auch ohne NVidia Experience.
    Versuchen wir es doch einmal so das Witcher für die Steuerung der Grafikkarte zuständig ist, also quasi auf Anwendungsgesteuert wird, ohne Zugriff und beeinflussung von dritter Seite.

    The Witcher 2 ist trotz der tollen Optik echt ein Rätsel was FPS angeht. Ich hatte damals die empfohlene ATI Radeon HD 4850 verbaut und Witcher 2 lief sogar nur zwischen 10 - 20 FPS.

    Erst mit einer GTX 560 Ti (und viel weiterem Stress) konnte ich The Witcher 2 zocken. W2 vorzubestellen war am Ende rausgeschmissenes Geld. Aber da ich bereits W1 für 4 € geolt hatte und da CD Projekt so awesome ist, war das Geld doch nicht so fehlinvestiert. Ich hatte ein Jahr später meinen Spaß mit dem Spiel, also war schon ok.^^

    Aber das es nicht mit einer GTX 960 laufen soll, klingt echt mies. Schonmal die offiziellen Foren auf GoG.com besucht?
