So no, in my humble opinion the image posted yesterday by PB has nothing to do with that background image from Elex' promo webpage.

From what can be seen, it looks like the exact same image to me. I guess we'll find out in 14 hours.

I agree with ravenhearth. At first I didn't see it, but I loaded the images in GIMP and overlayed them. The dark silhouette of the tower, the shiny mountain tops, the tree, the roof and the horizontal thingy all match up perfectly. It's subtle, but everything shines where it should.

I'll offer my opinion that they have similar features, but I can't really see that they line up properly. It could be two separate concept arts of the same location, or one's a concept art and one's a screenshot. The blurriness of the ELEX picture could explain the lack of alignment with the teaser picture, especially in the lighter areas (i.e. the snowcapped mountains) blending into the background sky. But the general outline of the horizon, with the mountain shape and the construction piercing into the sky, are in basically the same orientation. The latter photo is obviously zoomed out quite a bit more.
