Is it possible to change the default location of ConfigUser.xml and Saves directory ?
I looked into ConfigDefault.xml but I couldn't find anything related to my question.

I don’t think you can do by configuring Risen in any way.
You can, of course, always force Windows to map those directories somewhere else, e.g. by using NTFS-Junctions (they work similar to bind mounts in Unix, only that they’re part of the FS itself).

I am using WINE so a symlink would do the same thing.
I hoped it was another way, I try to keep ~/ and also the WINEPREFIX as clean as possible and a synlink is not exactly the solution I was looking for.
