There is nothing generall, but decreasing quality settings.
If you can tell us somthing about your computer and your current Gothic3 settings, maybe we have some hints for you to improve fps.

i played on 1.73 - 1.74 high quality so smoothly but when i played 1.75 everything is slow down. even when i on low quality.

Your CPU is far to low for patch 1.75. Recommended is a CPU with at least 3GHz and a deticated graphic processor.
The patch 1.75 does not support Shader 2.0 anymore and a lot of new quality features are added.

Even at Release date the minium requierement for CPU was 2GHz.
You should stay at patch 1.74.

PS:
If you in need for patch 1.75 you can try G3SI.
You can disable some more Shader features and setup lower viewing distances.

You can try G3CU to reduce texture size.
The tool supports english GUI, but there is no englisch manual.

But in the end don't expect any performance boost.

what i mean is when i played 1.75 with QP 4.2 n CM 2.6.2 everything is slowdown, but when i played 1.75 only, it also run smoothly.

QP an CM add approx 50% more data. Maybe it's to much for your current PC components.

As mentioned in #4 your computer is far bellow minimum requirements of patch 1.75.
Gothic3 uses only one CPU core, so you stay at 1.7 GHz for Gothic3.
If it runs well for a certain time you can be happy.

I guess you run out of memory and if Windows starts swapping, performace are getting worse.

Defaults are my perfect mix between quality and performance (512 pixel texture size) for hard disk users.
If you know you are only playing with or without AB, you can choose one of These options.

Because you don't have a fast SSD you will not rewarded by uncompressed storage of data.

PS:
You can reduce texture size to 256 or less, but at this point quality is reduced a lot too.

thank for your info about G3SI. because of it, i'm can run 1.75 with QP 4.2 very high quality very smoothly now. even on my standar spec of my laptop.
