When i first played gothic i found Gilbert in a up-hill cave very near the old camp. I forgot about him then but now i found him again. so do anyone has any ideas what to do with him ?

you can talk with him and then kill him,nothing more...there's no mission with him... just talk with him,then you will be increased 100 points expierence... a mission with him is in mod of gothic... in gothic1 he is just for nothing like bandits group

well im playing the gold mod and there is a quest with him but i dont know what to do with him, all he does is saying how he's sick of gomez's people. so what am i to do with him?

Go talk to Gravo (the one you must pay if you get in trouble with the guards...quess this was his name).You will understand soon enough.

gilbert mission- you need to talk with gilbert, then go to old camp and talk with gravo,he will say,that you need to talk with thorus. then you can talk with bloodwyn,jackal and i think with fletcher and fysk...i don't remember exactly...and then you can talk with thorus.he will say that gilbert has stolen from him very important thing to him and if you don't get back that thing,you will have a lot of problems with thorus.then you need to go back to the gilbert, but he don't say to you anything new,don't say what he has stolen,and he will attack you,because you say about him to thorus. than just knock him down,but don't kill him. you will find on him a key... bring that key to thorus,but he will say that is not that important thing. go to fingers.he will say,that key can open door. go back to thorus and pay to him 1000 ore nuggets. go into the castle and talk with stone-the smith. he don't say anything new to you.near him is locked door and that key can open that door. when you will open it,you will see a two chests. left chest code is RLRRRRLL,right chest code is LRLRRLLL.you will find a ring.bring him to thorus and don't talk with gilbert,because mission will return... this is game mistake...
