I've been looking for the Shield Parry and Sword Fighter III trainer for quite some time now, and I'm starting to doubt if its even possible to get those two skills

I read somewhere that you can't get certain skills in FG, but I'm unable to find much about trainers

I know that shield parry can be learned in Silden from the leader (anog/inog never know which one is there) and as sword fighting III try to learn from arena master in trelis (an orc idk his name) or from an orc near ardea (in the g3 where lester was after you attack ardea when the game starts)

It was Anoq that teaches Shield Parry.
I managed to get it after finishing his commendation letters quest
