Shesh... it's so simple. Orcs are always male, while Lizardman are female... might sound stupid but it's a logical explenation as to why the two races collide and fight together against us.

You can easily hear that the Lizardman have higher voices or.. groans, whatever, when they die by Nameless' sword. While the Orcs have deeper voices, groanings of pain. Simple now, isn't it?!
