i just killed the minecrawler queen and got the eggs for the secretion in chapter two of gothic 1, and was going to get out of the mine, but when i leave the mine, comes the loading screen for the map, then that door is locked, i mean that big gate is down, how can i pass trough? :|

Well, if you don't want to use MARVIN mode your're stuck AFAIK.

MARVIN your way through walls, gates, and stuff:

Type BMARVINB and while in-game push the button K (not in the console). That will ˝teleport˝ you through.

well i didn't wanted to use cheats, but if there's no other way..........

i think using marvin also learns you everything
at least when i used marvin in gothic 2 at beggining of the game i had learn everything alchemy, recipes, blacksmithing, everything

and i want to play the game as it is, i don`t want that

this was some kind of bug/mistake on your end
marvin mode does not do that

That happens to me too when i take posession of the pc_itemfeller.

so my only solution is to use marvin, press K pass trough the gate

but after this i save game and quit game and load it again so the cheat code will be cancelled

I'd rather not save while MARVIN mode is on.
Type B42B and MARVIN mode will be turned off.

i did not know you can turn off marvin by typing "42" while the character info pane is active

i would use a corner/wall glitch to strafe through, than using marvin

the gate was close before entering, and used that to enter, but didn't worked to go out :|

i know but i don't want to fuck up the game by learning anything like happened when used last time in G2

You don't smeg things up if you don't keep marvin mode on for any longer than required.
I pretty much always ignore my own advice on that since turning marvin mode off kills the clock function that you can activate (shows in-game time in upper-right corner, iirc).

Also, leaving marvin mode on is far more dangerous in G3 where the risk of activating some debug function is much greater.

That happens to me too when i take posession of the pc_itemfeller.

And bob's your uncle. PC_Itemfeller is lvl 50 or something and knows all those recipes, so taking control of him passes that knowledge along to pc_hero.
Try inserting the items you require instead.
